Kathryn Baxter

Kathryn Baxter joins the Heather R. Hayes & Associates team with a long career in the behavioral health and substance abuse industry.  Kathryn obtained her master’s in counseling psychology from Rosemont College in Rosemont Pennsylvania and began her career working with young adults and adolescents as a primary therapist.  Since then, she has moved to Sunny South Florida and continued her work as a primary therapist and Clinical Director of the Beachcomber, one of the oldest Substance Abuse Programs in South Florida. 

Kathryn is a certified ARISE Interventionist and Case Manager assisting clients and families before and after their treatment stay.  It is through this work she gained an unwavering dedication to assisting individuals and families find the appropriate resources and care they need and deserve.  Kathryn has a unique ability to serve individuals and families as they initiate treatment and navigate the continuum of care. 

Kathryn is a native of Philadelphia but currently resides in Boca Raton Florida with her two dogs.
