Susan has worked in the medical field for over two decades as a Certified Medical Assistant. Susan joined Heather R. Hayes and Associates in the summer of 2017 after working in a fast paced outpatient hospital Behavioral Health practice in New England covering adolescent, adult and geriatric clients.
Susan has many years of experience in all aspects of the behavioral clinical practice, including crisis response and placement matching.
